Upgrades will be available at the beginning of the construction. Each upgrade will be approved by the buyer and paid before construction starts.

Aspen Square will have the following:

6. What is your process for inspections throughout construction, final walk-through, and to address any matters that need to be corrected or finalized?

Aspen Square Townhomes will have its in-house QA team to adhere to the construction quality. Buyers will have the option to come and inspect and share any issues with the QA team. Each buyer will be assigned a construction supervisor to provide regular updates,

7. How long will it take to build my home?

After infrastructure completion in July/August 2021, each Phase will take 6 to 7 months to complete. Phase 1 is targeted to be completed in February/March 2022.

8. How and when will the final cost of my home be determined?

The starting price is $299,000 with paid upgrades/options for a 2-storied townhome.

9. Do you build model homes that I can tour?

Yes. It will be built by the end of this year.

10. How do I learn about operating all the features of my new home?

Aspen Square Homes representative will have a final tour with a buyer showing and explaining all the new home features.

11. How much money do I need to put down?

10% down.
